三、个人简历

 桑吉章,男,19636月出生于浙江余姚。国家“千人计划”入选者, 武汉大学特聘教授、博士生导师。1983年毕业于武汉测绘科技大学大地测量专业,1986年硕士毕业留校任教。1997年获昆士兰科技大学 (Queensland University of Technology)博士学位。1996年至1998年在昆士兰科技大学卫星导航空间中心从事博士后研究。1998年至2013年任职于澳大利亚EOS Space Systems公司,历任高级研究工程师,主任(principal)研究工程师 , 模型/分析部经理. 2012年入选国家“千人计划”, 2013任武汉大学测绘学院特聘教授。

在过去15年于EOS Space Systems公司主要从事空间监测(space surveillance)和空间情势警觉 (space situational awareness) 方面的研究和开发工作。作为关键研究员或项目负责人参与的重要项目有:全球首次实现对已知空间碎片的激光测距(2004年),首次实现对新捕获空间碎片的激光测距(2005年), 高轨目标的实时精密跟踪观测(2006年),大气质量密度模型的准实时校正(2010年),空间目标碰撞预警(2011年),空间碎片的精密轨道确定和预报(2012年),低轨空间碎片弹道系数的估算(2013)。目前研究重点包括:超短弧初轨确定,稀疏数据条件下的碎片轨道确定和预报,大气质量密度模型精化,半解析法轨道计算, 空间环境管理等。
